How much does delivery cost?
 
Shipping costs vary widely depending on weight, size and destination of your order. We work hard to keep shipping costs down.

 

Actual costs vary from £1.99 for smaller, lighter orders to £13+ for larger orders and orders outside of the UK.

How long will my order take to get to me?
 
We are a small business, but pride ourselves on getting your orders out quickly. We always endeavour to dispatch your order within a maximum of 24 hours. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery option you select at checkout.

Can I track my order?

 

We send all of our orders tracked and signed for. This means you will be sent a tracking number by email once your product has been dispatched.

Where do you deliver to?
 
Our full range is currently available for delivery in the UK.
 
Smaller items are available for delivery across Europe, USA, Mexico and Canada.

Returns

 

What if I am not happy with my order?
 
We take every care and make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your order.
 
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, we ask that you contact us first on customerservice@thatluxelife.co.uk and we will try to find a solution that way.
 
Due to being a small business, in the case that a refund is requested the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return. Returns must be made in original condition and you must make contact with us within 14 days to express any dissatisfaction.

Although we have a long way to go, we pride ourselves on making the most ethical possible decisions in all our business options. We are consistently looking for ways to increase our sustainability such as cutting down packing, selling organic and ethically sourced products and even keeping our business mileage as low as possible.

We are planning on starting a relationship with a charity in the near future. Not only are we hoping to share our profits with that charity, but we also hope to take a proactive approach to helping them make a positive impact in the world.
